Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Prairie Ridge Holdings LLC, trading as Renwick Home (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit renonline.store, contact us, or place an order. We have written it in plain language, because a privacy policy nobody can read protects nobody.

2. The information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address and telephone number. If you create an account we also store the account username and a securely hashed password. If you contact us we keep the content of your message and the address you sent it from, so that we can answer it and refer back to it if you write again.

Payment information. Card details are entered into a secure, encrypted payment field served by our payment provider. We do not receive, store or have access to your full card number, expiry date or security code. What we can see is limited to the information needed to identify a payment: the card brand, the last four digits, the authorisation result and the amount.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you viewed and the time of your visit. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your shopping cart and session working. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers on this website.

Information we do not want. Please do not send us sensitive personal information — government identifiers, health information, or financial account details — by email. We do not need it, and email is not a secure channel. If you send it to us anyway, we will delete it once the matter it relates to is closed.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To fulfil your order — to take payment, pick and pack, arrange delivery, and keep you updated. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To provide customer service — to answer questions, process returns and handle warranty matters. Necessary for our contract, or for our legitimate interest in supporting our customers.
  • To prevent fraud and secure the site — to check that a payment is genuine and to protect the website from misuse. This is our legitimate interest, and in some cases a legal obligation of our payment provider.
  • To meet legal and accounting duties — tax records, sales records and consumer-law obligations.
  • To send marketing email — only if you have asked us to. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or by writing to us.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to run the shop, and only with the information each of them needs:

  • Our payment processor, to authorise and settle your payment and to investigate any dispute or refund.
  • Delivery carriers, to deliver your parcel — name, address, and where you have given one, a contact number or email for delivery notifications.
  • Our hosting and email providers, who store the site and transmit transactional email on our behalf.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information, or where disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

If our business is ever sold or reorganised, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction. We would tell you before it happened, and the buyer would remain bound by this policy.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to meet tax, accounting and consumer-law obligations — ordinarily seven years from the date of the order. Customer service correspondence is kept for two years. Account records are kept until you ask us to close the account, after which we delete or anonymise them except where we must retain an order history. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

6. How we protect it

This website is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and our site is encrypted in transit. Payment card data is handled in an encrypted field by our payment provider and never reaches our own systems. Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to do their job, and is protected by individual accounts and strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these obligations seriously and review them.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you; to have inaccurate information corrected; to have information deleted where we no longer need it; to object to or restrict certain processing; to receive your information in a portable format; and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, write to support@renonline.store from the email address on your order, or call 701-899-1675. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows — ordinarily within 30 days — and we may need to verify your identity first, which protects you as much as us.

8. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function: they remember the contents of your cart, keep you signed in during a session, and allow the checkout to work. Because these are essential to a service you have asked for, they do not require consent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work correctly if you do.

9. Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly sell to anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International visitors

We operate from the United States and our service providers are located there. If you visit or order from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your own country.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Where a change is significant, we will make that clear on the site so you are not left to spot it yourself.

12. How to complain

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please tell us first at support@renonline.store — most concerns are resolved quickly once we understand them. You also have the right to complain to your state attorney general or the relevant data protection authority.
